I love what I do. The best part of being a Realtor is getting to work with smart, fun people (like you) and strategically advising in the buying and selling of people's largest and most important asset. Over time, I get the pleasure of seeing my client's wealth grow and grow with each thoughtful real estate move.

I am a 6th-generation Denver native, AICP licensed urban planner, real estate investor, thoughtful landlord, Superstar Airbnb host, community advocate, and homeowner, with a unique perspective on the history of the City, its growth patterns, and distinct characteristics and neighborhoods. I thrive on showing off Denver’s unique neighborhoods and connecting sellers, buyers, and other industry professionals to their goals and greatest qualities.

I am a sunshine seeker, tree hugger, adventurer, well-connected native, cultivator of experiences, active step-mom, environmental advocate, swim school coach, and fun-loving, trusted advisor growing my business working with satisfied customers again and again.

Adventure has led me to live in colorful (and warm!) places such as Spain, Brazil, Miami and Key West, FL and has given me a rich perspective of what makes Denver and all its neighborhoods special.

As a licensed urban planner, I am uniquely able to provide market expertise and a deep understanding of Denver’s ever changing plans and codes to ensure where you buy and what you buy meet your present and future needs.

Prior to joining Remax of Cherry Creek, I practiced urban planning in both the public and private sectors. Through my land-use consulting company, CityGal Solutions, founded in 2015, I continue to engage with clients and advocate for housing, development, historic preservation and other community land use issues throughout the Metro Area.

As owner and manager of high-end rentals in the urban core, I help clients envision and create spaces that are beautiful and functional for both short and long-term tenants. For out-of-town buyers, my rentals welcome those looking for a comfortable place to stay while I help you navigate the competitive Denver real estate market.
